This is NOT arby's sauce

I have a love for Arby's sauce... it is really the only reason I like Arby's. We eat at Arby's frequently...or atleast we used too. Tennessee does not have Arby's sauce they have James River Barbeque Sauce... While Nate thinks that this is Arby's sauce, just thicker.. I disagree. This is spicy barbeque sauce that Tennesseans are trying to pass off as Arby's sauce. We will have to do a double blind taste test to tell the truth. In the mean time, I am planning on how to get a case of Arby's sauce from Indiana to my front door.

avoid blue cheese

So through an expensive experiment... we've decided we do not like blue cheese in any form. I made some spinach gargonzola (sp) cornbread and it was less than pleasing. We have both decided that blue cheese smells like feet..dirty sweaty feet. less than delicious.

included homemade apple strudel... i have to say, it was much more difficult to make than what i thought. the orange glaze though really made it delicious. it's a keeper and will be breakfast for the rest of the week.

The new camera

So we got a new digital camera and I hope to take more pictures of what's around here... but since the memory card has not come in the mail yet, I am limited to 4 pictures at a time. That doesn't equal alot of picture taking for me.

For now I will leave you with the hat I finished last night. I made it twice... that's right... twice. one should never waste baby alpaca yarn...
